True glamour

I just came across this video and had to share it with you.

WHY?

1. You had to see this beautiful dress and the way it literally dances with her. 

2. It is nostalgic, refreshing and represents true glamour, in my opinion. 

3. I'd like to find out who designed it (out of curiosity), so if you know, please tell me!
